Job Description – Embroidery Technician

Position: Service Field Engineer
No. of Openings: 10
Qualification: Any Qualification
Location: Bangalore (Madiwala) – Candidates from any location can apply
Languages Required: Kannada and Hindi
Experience: Fresher to 6+ Years
Salary: ₹18,000 per month for freshers; negotiable based on experience and skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and set up embroidery machines at customer locations.

• Provide machine demonstrations and basic customer training.

• Identify and troubleshoot machine breakdowns and technical issues.

• Perform machine servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

• Handle machine shifting, uninstallation, and reinstallation.

• Visit customer locations as per the service schedule.

• Maintain service reports and update the service team.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Required Skills

• Basic technical knowledge and interest in machine servicing.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

• Good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi.

• Ability to learn embroidery machine operations and troubleshooting.

• Responsible, hardworking, and customer-focused attitude.
