Position: Electric Two Wheeler Service Technician ( E-Bike)
Department: Service ( E-Bike )
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer issues using appropriate tools and solutions
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and technicians for smooth service delivery
Follow up on service requests and provide timely updates
Monitor equipment performance and carry out preventive maintenance
Perform quality and safety checks on equipment
Give product usage and safety demonstrations to customers
Suggest product improvements and new features
Track inventory and arrange material re-ordering
Stay updated with industry trends through research and training
Prepare and submit regular reports to managers
Use basic Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics knowledge for service work
Qualifications:
ITI or equivalent technical qualification
Relevant certification or license preferred Valid driving license and willingness to travel Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Professional and calm under pressure
Strong work ethic and growth mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Intermediate English speaking ability
