ITI Technician

Job Summary:

Jay Corporation is seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Service Executive to handle the servicing, repair, and technical support of our physical security products including lockers, FRFCs (Fire Resistant Filing Cabinets), and safes. The candidate will primarily be responsible for providing on-site support at bank branches across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform locker break-open services, key lever replacement, and key interchanges as required by banks.

• Troubleshoot and repair physical security products such as safes, lockers, and FRFCs.

• Use and operate tools such as drill machines, angle grinders, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc., safely and efficiently.

• Provide on-call technical support to bank branch managers and field teams.

• Maintain proper service documentation, including job completion reports and photographs.

• Follow security protocols and obtain proper approvals before initiating sensitive tasks like locker break-open.

• Coordinate with internal teams for part replacements, escalations, or special approvals.

• Travel across Rajasthan for servicing requirements (travel expenses will be covered as per company policy).

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• बैंकों की आवश्यकता अनुसार लॉकर ब्रेक ओपन सर्विस, की लीवर रिप्लेसमेंट और की इंटरचेंज का कार्य करना।

• सेफ, लॉकर और FRFC जैसे फिजिकल सिक्योरिटी उत्पादों की सर्विसिंग और मरम्मत करना।

• ड्रिल मशीन, एंगल ग्राइंडर, स्क्रूड्राइवर, रिंच आदि उपकरणों का सुरक्षित और कुशलता से उपयोग करना।

• बैंक ब्रांच मैनेजर्स और फील्ड टीमों को ऑन-कॉल तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करना।

• प्रत्येक कार्य की सर्विस रिपोर्ट, फोटो आदि दस्तावेजों को सही तरीके से तैयार और संरक्षित करना।

• लॉकर ब्रेक ओपन जैसे संवेदनशील कार्यों को करने से पहले अनुमति और सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।

• पार्ट रिप्लेसमेंट, एस्केलेशन या विशेष अनुमतियों के लिए आंतरिक टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना।

• राजस्थान राज्य में यात्रा करके ऑन-साइट सर्विस देना (यात्रा भत्ता कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार मिलेगा)।
