Service Engineer

We are looking Technician / Service engineer PAN India basis who have experience of service delivery , installation and commissioning.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

• Resolve customer complaints and breakdowns within SLA.

• Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components as per warranty terms.

• Obtain complaint closure report from customer.

• Submit detailed warranty reports.

• Timely status update and reporting to manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fire control panels or similar electronic control systems.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong planning and tracking capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies.

• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email communication.

• Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
