🔍 Job Overview:

We are hiring a skilled and proactive Technician for on-site installation, operation, and maintenance of Track Based Lubrication (TBL) Systems under ADR and Kharagpur Railway Divisions. The ideal candidate should have technical experience in railway or infrastructure projects and a willingness to travel across assigned railway sections.

Note: Training on installation, maintenance, and safety protocols will be provided to all selected candidates before deployment.

Д Key Responsibilities:

•             Install and commission Track Based Lubrication Systems as per railway guidelines.

•             Carry out routine maintenance, grease refilling, and inspection activities.

•             Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues in the TBL units.

•             Ensure proper functioning of solar/battery-powered sensors and control units.

•             Maintain site work logs, installation reports, and maintenance checklists.

•             Coordinate with Project engineers and railway officials at respective divisions.

•             Follow all safety protocols and railway working standards during on-track duties.

•             Provide feedback on site conditions, part replacements, and system performance.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

•             ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade.

•             Experience in railway systems or trackside equipment is an added advantage.

•             Should be comfortable with field deployment and frequent travel within areas.

🧠 Key Skills:

•             Knowledge of lubrication systems, DC power systems, sensors, and wiring.

•             Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in outdoor conditions.

•             Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude.

•             Physically fit and comfortable working alongside railway tracks.

•             Basic report writing and documentation skills.
