1. Timely installation and commissioning of HVAC units as per project requirements.

2. Routine preventive maintenance (PM) completion within scheduled timelines.

3. Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns promptly with minimal system downtime.

4. Accurate reporting of service activities, findings, and part requirements.

5. Ensuring safety compliance during all site activities and following SOPs.

6. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.

7. Reducing repeat complaints by ensuring quality repairs and follow-up checks.

8. Supporting project teams in testing, balancing, and system handover.

9. Maintaining good communication with clients and keeping them informed about work status.

10. Proper material handling and reporting shortages/damages to the supervisor.
