Job Title: Fitness Technician

We are looking for a Fitness Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines, and strength-training machines. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty components in fitness equipment.

• Install, service, and maintain gym and fitness machines.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform troubleshooting.

• Read service manuals and coordinate with other technicians when required.

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.

• Prepare service reports and follow safety regulations.

• Source spare parts, coordinate with suppliers, and provide repair cost estimates.

• Stay updated with the latest fitness equipment technologies and attend training/workshops.

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma (preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years as a Fitness Equipment Technician, Gym Equipment Technician, or Service Technician.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems used in fitness equipment.

• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills and willingness to travel for service calls, if required.

• Ability to lift and handle fitness equipment during installation and repairs.
