Installation, commissioning & servicing of UPS, batteries, stabilizers

Attend breakdown & service calls within given TAT

Preventive maintenance for AMC & non-AMC customers

Identify faults, troubleshoot & resolve issues

Explain problems and solutions politely to customers

Fill service reports (manual / WhatsApp / app)

Coordinate with service coordinator & office team

Follow safety practices at customer sites
