Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and electronic components used in LED lighting products. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, improving product performance, and providing technical support to the R&D and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and test electrical/electronic circuits for LED lighting systems.
Perform validation, troubleshooting, and repair of components and PCBs.
Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and safety regulations.
Assist R&D and production teams in prototyping and new product development.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, test reports, and records.
Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 1–3 years in electronics, lighting, or related fields.
Hands-on knowledge of LED drivers, PCB assembly/testing, and power supplies.
Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
