Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Laptop & Mac Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Windows laptops and Apple MacBooks. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and motherboard-level repairs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and MacBooks.
Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, keyboards, touchpads, hinges, speakers, and charging ports.
Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and repairs.
Handle software installation, OS formatting, and driver installation.
Diagnose and resolve power, display, heating, and performance-related issues.
Repair water-damaged laptops and MacBooks.
Maintain service records and update repair status.
Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in laptop and MacBook repair.
Knowledge of motherboard/chip-level troubleshooting.
Experience in screen replacement, battery replacement, and hardware repairs.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Basic soldering and component-level repair knowledge is preferred.
Ability to diagnose faults accurately and provide effective solutions.
