BrahmWorks is a creative design management and product development firm focused on building innovative, real-world products. We specialise in end-to-end product development, seamlessly integrating mechanical, electronic, and software systems. Our work spans consumer electronics, industrial products, and special-purpose machines—taking ideas from concept to functional, manufacturable solutions.
We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Assembly & Testing Technician with at least 1 year of practical experience in electronics assembly and testing. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys working on the shop floor as much as collaborating with engineers during product development and prototyping.
You will play a key role in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic systems across multiple projects, ensuring build quality, reliability, and readiness for deployment.
Assemble, solder, and test electronic components and sub-assemblies as per design documentation.
Perform wiring and wire routing following electrical drawings and assembly instructions.
Support mechanical integration tasks during assembly.
Troubleshoot, debug, and repair electronic assemblies during development and testing stages.
Assist engineers during prototype builds, iterations, and validation cycles.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Follow standard workshop practices and contribute to continuous improvement of assembly processes.
Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, or workshop environments.
Strong exposure to soldering, wiring, and wire routing.
Ability to read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
Familiarity with basic fabrication support tasks.
Comfortable working with physical hardware and iterative builds.
Experience working in a product development, prototyping, or manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with standard electronics workshop tools and safety practices.
Ability to independently troubleshoot common electronic assembly issues.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Opportunity to work on real, production-oriented hardware products, not just experiments.
Exposure to end-to-end product development—from early prototypes to deployment.
A collaborative, hands-on work environment alongside experienced engineers and designers.
A chance to grow into higher technical or specialised roles as projects scale.
