Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Assembly & Testing Technician with at least 1 year of practical experience in electronics assembly and testing. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys working on the shop floor as much as collaborating with engineers during product development and prototyping.

You will play a key role in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic systems across multiple projects, ensuring build quality, reliability, and readiness for deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and test electronic components and sub-assemblies as per design documentation.

• Perform wiring and wire routing following electrical drawings and assembly instructions.

• Support mechanical integration tasks during assembly.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and repair electronic assemblies during development and testing stages.

• Assist engineers during prototype builds, iterations, and validation cycles.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Follow standard workshop practices and contribute to continuous improvement of assembly processes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, or workshop environments.

• Strong exposure to soldering, wiring, and wire routing.

• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical drawings.

• Familiarity with basic fabrication support tasks.

• Comfortable working with physical hardware and iterative builds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a product development, prototyping, or manufacturing setup.

• Familiarity with standard electronics workshop tools and safety practices.

• Ability to independently troubleshoot common electronic assembly issues.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
