Job Title: Field Work Technician

Company: Battery Smart

Location: As per assigned station/warehouse

Salary: ₹17,000 in hand + PF + ESI

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Job Responsibilities:

Install and replace batteries in E-Rickshaws at customer locations.

Handle battery swapping operations at Battery Smart stations.

Assist in basic electrical work including switchboard and station setup.

Ensure proper installation, safety checks, and quality standards.

Coordinate with the warehouse/station team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Must have a 2-wheeler with valid driving license.

Willingness to do field work.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred).

Physically fit for on-ground operational work.

Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
