Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

• Install different types of CCTV cameras, including IP and analog cameras.

• Configure NVR/DVR systems, cameras, storage, and remote viewing.

• Perform CCTV troubleshooting and identify basic hardware and connectivity issues.

• Carry out CCTV cabling, cable laying, termination, and testing.

• Assist with network cable installation, termination, and testing.

• Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting.

• Install and configure Video Door Phone systems.

• Assist with installation and configuration of biometric attendance and access control systems.

• Conduct testing and commissioning of CCTV and security systems at project sites.

• Support preventive maintenance and service activities.

• Read basic wiring diagrams, network layouts, and installation instructions.

• Use basic tools and testing equipment required for installation work.

• Coordinate with Senior Technicians, Supervisors, and project teams.

• Maintain proper cable routing, dressing, labeling, and termination.

• Ensure all installation work is completed safely and according to quality standards.

• Report technical issues, material requirements, and completed work to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area at project sites.

Skills Required:

For Senior CCTV & Network Technician

• Good hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and networking.

• Basic knowledge of IP addressing, LAN, routers, switches, and network connectivity.

• Experience in CCTV configuration and remote viewing setup.

• Knowledge of Video Door Phone systems.

• Knowledge of biometric attendance and access control systems is an advantage.

• Ability to identify and rectify installation and connectivity issues.

• Ability to independently handle project installation and service work.

• Ability to guide Junior Technicians/Helpers.

For Junior CCTV & Network Technician

• Basic technical knowledge of CCTV and networking preferred.

• Basic understanding of computers, networking, and electrical connections.

• Interest in CCTV, networking, and security systems.

• Willingness to learn CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to assist Senior Technicians with installation and service work.

• Basic knowledge of tools and cable handling.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field is preferred.

• Freshers with basic technical knowledge can apply for the Junior position.

• Relevant hands-on experience will be considered for the Senior position.

Bangalore – Project Sites

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to different project sites.

• Two-wheeler (Bike) and valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Travel allowance will be provided by the company for project-related travel.

• Candidates should be physically fit for site installation work.

• Candidates should follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
