Hum multiple food brands aur kitchens operate karte hain, jahan daily high-volume food operations hote hain. Hamari multiple kitchen branches aur offices hain, jahan CCTV, networking, computers, printers aur other IT infrastructure smoothly working condition mein rehna bahut important hai.

Role – CCTV / IT Infrastructure Technician

Humein ek hands-on CCTV / IT Technician chahiye jo hamari multiple kitchen branches aur offices visit karke CCTV systems aur basic IT/network infrastructure ki maintenance, troubleshooting aur repair handle kare.

Primary Responsibilities

Hamari sabhi kitchens aur offices ke CCTV cameras aur recording systems ko properly working condition mein maintain karna.
CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, hard drives, power supplies, cables aur related equipment ki troubleshooting aur maintenance.
Camera offline, recording issue, storage issue ya connectivity problem ko quickly identify aur resolve karna.
Regularly check karna ki all cameras properly recording kar rahe hain aur footage available hai.
CCTV installation, shifting, replacement aur new camera setup mein support karna.
Internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, LAN cabling aur basic networking issues troubleshoot karna.
Computers, printers, barcode/label printers aur other basic IT equipment ki troubleshooting mein support karna.
Kitchen mein required POS / printing / connectivity infrastructure ko working condition mein maintain karna.
IT equipment ki preventive maintenance karna aur recurring issues identify karna.
Required hardware, cables, accessories ya spare parts ki requirement identify karke management ko update karna.
Multiple branches par jaakar IT/CCTV related work complete karna.
Equipment aur infrastructure ka basic record maintain karna.

Work Location & Timings

Hamari multiple kitchen branches aur offices ke beech kaam karna hoga.
Requirement ke according different locations par visit karna hoga.
Flexible work timings available hain, lekin kitchen operations aur urgent breakdowns ke according availability zaroori hogi.
Role field-based hai, isliye multiple locations par travel karne mein comfortable hona important hai.

Who We Are Looking For

CCTV technician / IT technician ka practical experience.
DVR/NVR, CCTV cameras, networking aur LAN cabling ka hands-on knowledge.
Basic computer, printer, Wi-Fi, router aur networking troubleshooting aani chahiye.
Hardware aur electrical basics ki understanding preferred.
Multiple locations par independently kaam karne ki ability.
Responsible, punctual aur problem-solving attitude hona important hai.
Kitchen, restaurant, retail ya multi-location business environment ka experience is a plus.

Humein aisa person chahiye jo sirf complaint aane par repair na kare, balki regularly systems check kare, problems ko proactively identify kare aur ensure kare ki hamari kitchens aur offices ki CCTV aur IT infrastructure continuously operational rahe.
