Job Description – Workshop In-Charge

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workshop In-Charge to manage daily workshop operations, supervise technicians, ensure service quality and timely vehicle delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians.
Supervise servicing, repairs, diagnostics and quality checks.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize repeat repairs.
Manage technicians, job cards, spare parts coordination and workshop cleanliness.
Monitor productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle technical issues and customer escalations.

Requirements:

4–6 years of two-wheeler service experience.
Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle servicing and diagnostics.
Experience with premium bikes and superbikes preferred.
Good team management, communication and problem-solving skills.
