Spanish Teacher

To plan and deliver engaging language lessons, assesses student progress, and introduces students to Spanish-speaking cultures and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Create or follow structured curricula to teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Spanish.

• Classroom Instruction: Lead interactive classes focusing on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversation.

• Student Assessment: Grade tests, monitor individual progress, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Cultural Education: Teach students about traditions, social conventions, and history from Spanish-speaking regions.

• Communication: Update parents or administration on student performance and organize feedback sessions.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Language Fluency: Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.

• Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree or a certification in Spanish.

• Certifications: Teaching credentials or language certificates like DELE are often preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, classroom management, and organizational abilities.
