We are looking for a Daycare Teacher cum coordinator to encourage healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children at our Centre. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. Roles and Responsibilities - Including but not limited to the following: • Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. • Provide basic care and caregiving activities. • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the curiosity and creativity of children.• Observe and assess the development of each child, and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers. • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, including providing regular progress reports and responding to their concerns and questions. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other important information related to the children. • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment. • Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other training opportunities as required.• Mailing for entry- Ensuring Mailing entry for yourself, as well as replacement staff across all Centres, as well as replacements and any other communication under the guidance of your reporting manager. • You will submit the monthly/weekly reports to the reporting manager • Month End Centre Reports - Follow up. And Supervision with Team regarding Mailing of Utilization, Activity PPTs to SPOCs. And follow up with Centre teams with respect to Attendance reports, Petty cash files, Petty Cash allocation to Centre Teams, etc. • Curriculum adherence, planning, follow up. Curriculum planning as guided and follow up with centres.Work Timings: 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Working Days: 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)
