Monitor student performance through regular assessments and implement corrective academic strategies.
Lead and manage tutors and trainers to ensure structured lesson delivery and quality standards.
Design and integrate skill development modules including life skills, digital literacy, and vocational exposure.
Organize experiential learning activities, workshops, and project-based learning initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive records, performance reports, and coordinate with parents and stakeholders for continuous student development.
