Academic Fitness Trainer

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and qualified Gym Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding our members through their fitness journeys, conducting personal and general training sessions, and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals safely and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement customized workout plans based on members' fitness goals (Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Endurance, etc.).Demonstrate the correct and safe execution of exercises and usage of gym equipment.Monitor members' progress and provide constant motivation, feedback, and encouragement.Provide basic nutritional guidance and diet plans tailored to client needs.Ensure the gym floor is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.Requirements / Skills:Certified Fitness Trainer (ACE, K11, Gold's Gym, or any recognized certification is highly preferred).Deep understanding of human anatomy, weight training, and basic nutrition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members.High level of personal fitness and a professional, positive attitude.Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is a major plus.Benefits:Competitive fixed salary plus attractive incentives on Personal Training (PT).Free gym membership.Growth opportunities within a professional work environment.
