Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT English Teacher to join our team at Shri Ram Global School, Whitefield. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience. A B.Ed. qualification is mandatory. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to primary-grade students, fostering a love for language, and supporting overall student development in a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards for primary grades.

Foster reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through creative and interactive teaching methods.

Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support development.

Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and other instructional materials in a timely manner.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school activities, workshops, and meetings.

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.

Support and guide students in language-related co-curricular activities like storytelling, debates, and elocution.

Ensure compliance with school policies and academic goals.
