Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle and manage overall shift operations efficiently

Coordinate with shift incharges, manpower contractors, and supervisors

Ensure proper manpower availability and optimize workforce utilization

Monitor daily operations and avoid any operational issues or delays

Conduct regular reviews and meetings with shift teams

Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of shift activities

Ensure continuous availability of required packaging materials

Identify and resolve operational gaps or process flaws

Report daily updates and performance to Manager / Senior Management
