Job Title: Production Supervisor

Experience: 1–10 Years
Location: R.S. Puram, Coimbatore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead the production team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to improve productivity while ensuring workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.

• Monitor assembly line operations and improve production efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and perform quality inspections (QC).

• Read and implement Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Manage manpower allocation and monitor team performance.

• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

• Ensure proper material handling, packaging, and inventory movement.

• Prepare daily production reports using MS Excel.

• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a clean work environment (5S).
