We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at at Shakti Management Services. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, necessary skills, and company culture fit..

• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess technical or behavioral skills.

• Present qualified candidate shortlists to managers, conduct reference checks, and negotiate salary and employment terms.

• Promote the company's reputation to attract top talent and ensure an inclusive, bias-free hiring process.

• Daily Reporting.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
