Job Description:
R1 Radiance Lights is looking for a responsible and proactive Coordinator for our Mumbai location. The candidate will support day-to-day coordination activities and work closely with company employees as per instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on files, work orders, and related documentation
Coordinate and track work orders from initiation to completion
Assist in tender floating, documentation, and follow-up activities
Maintain proper records of tenders, work orders, and approvals
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required
Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior staff
Perform all coordination tasks as instructed by company management
Requirements:
Graduate preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of office documentation and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
