Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Bhawar Group, Redhills, Chennai. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and warehouse operations efficiently. You will play an important role in the supply chain department by ensuring smooth warehouse activities, timely dispatches, and proper inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations, packing, dispatch, and stock maintenance.

• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials within the warehouse.

• Supervise loading and unloading activities.

• Identify and dispatch quality goods as per company standards.

• Ensure labels and stock records are updated accurately.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

• Ensure all receipts and inventory documents are processed on time.

• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Standard / PUC

• Experience: 1 to 2 Years in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle warehouse activities efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of inventory management.

• Team coordination and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.
