We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join Proway Logistics Private Limited, a pan-India logistics and warehousing company. You will run day-to-day operations at a facility handling regulated or high-risk cargo, ensuring safety and compliance while supervising staff, inventory and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce site EHS protocols and PPE discipline; ensure safe handling of hazardous or heavy cargo

• - Maintain SOPs for loading, storage and material handling; liaise with statutory bodies as needed

• - Supervise inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy and equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts)

• - Lead ground staff, riggers and equipment operators; manage shift schedules

• - Coordinate with clients on compliance documentation and site audits

What We're Looking For:

• 3-6 years supervising warehouse or logistics operations, ideally with hazardous goods or heavy cargo

• - Ability to quickly learn statutory and client compliance requirements (PESO, HAZCHEM, crane/rigging safety) - full training provided

• - Diploma or equivalent practical experience; strong communication and team leadership skills
