Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Moraiya, Changodar, Ahmedabad
Qualification:

• ITI/12th Pass With good Computer Skills

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations (1–3 years preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage daily inward and outward stock movement efficiently

• Verify invoices and supervise material unloading by labour

• Ensure accurate quantity and quality checks during goods receipt

• Maintain accurate stock records in both system and physical inventory

• Identify and segregate damaged, expired, or leaking products

• Report shortages, excess stock, or mismatches to management

• Monitor and track product expiry dates (critical for cosmetics inventory)

• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and space utilization within the warehouse

2. System & Coordination

• Update daily work reports in the system and share updates in the group

• Receive order sheets from office and verify stock (system + physical)

• Perform client-wise stock verification and update order status

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch and operations

3. Labour Management

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse workers based on client orders

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of labour staff

• Maintain discipline and work efficiency on the warehouse floor

• Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and guidelines

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

• Experience with WMS / ERP systems

• Good leadership and team handling skills

• Attention to detail for stock accuracy and quality control

• Basic understanding of safety standards and compliance

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
