Job వివరణ

Job description:

Oversee the transportation and delivery of goods while ensuring cost-efficiency. Be flexible with work timings since coordination may require long working hours and outside office calls. Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to maintain smooth supply chain flow. Monitor inventory levels and resolve shipment issues.

Be adept at fleet tracking remotely (THROUGH LOGGING WITH VARIOUS THIRD PARTY APPS) and checking for driver alertness on Upcountry routes. Devising SOP to ensure fuel consumption within acceptable limits and coordinate route planning as per delivery route destinations and Google locations. Should be able to negotiate with Freight operators for rates of FTL and LTL consignments.

Oversee logistics and transportation processes to ensure timely delivery of goods. Timely collection of PoDs and making E-copies of such POD's to ensure timely retrieval on demand. Ensuring that E-POD's are stored on systems within 24 hours of date of delivery.

Supervise inward and outward movement of stock. Ensuring compliance with Hygiene and FSSAI while handling food.
