Eligibility Criteria
• Age: 18 – 35 Years
• Education: Minimum 10th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Physically fit for operational and standing tasks
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Training will be provided

Captain
• Supervise daily warehouse/store operations and team activities
• Coordinate with Pickers and Putters to ensure smooth and timely workflow
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members
• Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and operational SOPs
• Report operational challenges and daily updates to the reporting manager
Picker
• Pick items accurately as per system-generated order lists
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of picked products
• Achieve assigned productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety guidelines
Putter
• Store and arrange inventory at designated locations
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and placement of products
• Assist in inventory replenishment and stock organization
• Maintain warehouse/store hygiene and safety standards
