Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of chemical materials.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemical products as per safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in system and registers.

• Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile with system stock.

• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and wastages.

• Plan and coordinate dispatches and deliveries with transporters and clients.

• Monitor and control product wastage and leakage.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and logistics teams.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure disciplined workflow.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision (chemical industry preferred).

• Knowledge of chemical storage norms and hazardous material handling.

• Experience in inventory control and physical stock audits.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory/ERP software).

• Good leadership and coordination skills.
