Position: Warehouse Supervisor Salary Structure: • Take Home: ₹16,000 – ₹17,500 per month • CTC: ₹23,500 – ₹24,000 (including PF, ESIC & Bonus) Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. • Ensure proper inventory management and maintain accurate stock records. • Supervise loading/unloading activities and monitor workforce efficiency. • Implement safety standards and compliance with company policies. • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth supply chain operations. • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities. Required Skills: • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. • Ability to handle manpower and resolve operational challenges. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred).
