Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse work and ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling inventory, supervising staff, and making sure stock is stored and dispatched properly.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse activities (inward, storage, dispatch)

• Check stock regularly and match physical stock with system records

• Do quality check (QC) of incoming and returned items

• Check refurbished items like furniture and appliances

• Ensure stock is kept at the right location and follow FIFO (First In First Out)

• Prepare items for delivery, transfer, or replacement

• Make sure all items are properly labeled and barcoded

• Report any stock mismatch, shortage, or damage

• Ensure proper handling to avoid damages

• Oversee cleaning of warehouse items when required

• Maintain record of consumables and ensure no stock shortage

• Follow safety rules and maintain proper warehouse standards

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in warehouse / inventory role

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations

• Comfortable using systems/ERP and barcode scanners

• Good team handling and coordination skills

• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
