Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, inventory management, and team supervision. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities (picking, packing, dispatch)
Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance
Ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch
Maintain stock records and inventory control
Coordinate with billing, purchase, and delivery teams
Handle inward and outward stock movement
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety in warehouse
Prepare daily reports and updates in MS Excel

Requirements

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate
Experience in warehouse / logistics supervision preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory management
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Good leadership and coordination skills
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Working Hours: 10 hours per day | Weekly off as per company policy

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
