Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, inventory management, and team supervision. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities (picking, packing, dispatch)

• Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance

• Ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch

• Maintain stock records and inventory control

• Coordinate with billing, purchase, and delivery teams

• Handle inward and outward stock movement

• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety in warehouse

• Prepare daily reports and updates in MS Excel

Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate

• Experience in warehouse / logistics supervision preferred

• Basic knowledge of inventory management

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Good leadership and coordination skills

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Working Hours: 10 hours per day | Weekly off as per company policy

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
