Warehouse Operators

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Inward & Outward Register: Maintain an updated register of all materials received at and dispatched from the guesthouse, including date, material description, part code, quantity, and other relevant details.

Daily Stock Reporting: Share the daily inward, outward, and closing stock details with the respective teams through WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed communication mode.

Material Tracking: Ensure proper tracking of each and every component/material moving in or out of the guesthouse. No material should be moved without proper recording.

Part Code-wise Stock Management: Consolidate and maintain the material part-code-wise to ensure accurate stock visibility and easy identification.

Box-wise Identification: Clearly mention/maintain the relevant material details on each box, including part code, quantity, and other required identification details.

Physical Stock Verification: Conduct a weekly physical stock count and reconcile the physical quantity with the register/system records.

Stock Discrepancy: Immediately highlight any shortage, excess, mismatch, damaged material, or other discrepancy to the concerned team.

Proper Storage: Ensure that materials are properly arranged and stored so that they can be easily identified, counted, and issued whenever required.

Documentation: Maintain all relevant records and supporting documents for inward and outward material movements for future reference and audit purposes.

Coordination: Coordinate with the respective Operations, Service, Sales, Logistics, and other concerned teams for smooth movement and availability of materials.
