1️⃣ Warehouse Assistance Manager

📍 Location: Pamohi, Guwahati

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ year in 3PL warehouse operations

2️⃣ Sr. Warehouse Executive / Team Leader/ AM

📍 Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore

💰 Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 CTC

✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in 3PL warehouse operations

🕒 Job Details:

Duty Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Holidays: All Government Holidays as per company calendar

Leaves: 12 Paid Leaves per year

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a senior warehouse professional who can independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations with a team.

The candidate should be capable of searching new warehouse spaces if required, hiring hydro machines and forklifts, and managing vendors and manpower effectively.

Strong skills in Excel reporting, audits, and operational management are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Loading, Unloading & Documentation

Manage vehicle loading/unloading and related paperwork.

Verify invoices, challans, e-way bills, and GRNs.

Maintain accurate and timely transaction records.

2️⃣ Daily Operations

Supervise warehouse activities as per FIFO/LIFO and 5S principles.

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized.

3️⃣ Inventory Management

Conduct daily/weekly stock verification and reconciliation.

Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP systems.

Ensure zero stock discrepancies and timely reporting.

4️⃣ Audit & Compliance

Maintain audit-ready documentation.

Ensure compliance with company, customer, and statutory safety standards.

5️⃣ Excel & Reporting

Prepare daily MIS and operational reports.

Must be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Track KPIs — TAT, stock accuracy, dispatch accuracy, and other performance metrics.

6️⃣ Team Handling & Coordination

Supervise loaders, pickers, and helpers.

Train and monitor staff performance.

Hire manpower vendors, forklifts, and hydro machines as needed.

Coordinate effectively with customers and transporters to resolve issues.

✅ Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in 3PL / logistics warehouse operations.

Proven ability to independently manage warehouse operations.

Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
