Wonder Woods is seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Head to lead and manage material management and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in logistics, extensive expertise in warehousing operations in facilities of at least 10,000 sq. ft., and proven success in managing multiple SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient material management processes to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure a steady supply of materials.

• Monitor stock levels and forecast future needs to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

• Work with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for streamlined operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.

• Manage multiple SKUs, ensuring accurate labeling, storage, and tracking.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure SKU accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.

• Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Supervise and mentor logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements and Core Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on material management and dispatch.

• Proven experience managing warehousing operations in facilities of at least 10,000 sq. ft.

• Extensive experience in handling and organizing multiple SKUs.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
