Job Description: Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate stock management, physical verification and documentation.

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.

• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, customers and internal teams for timely deliveries.

• Monitor loading/unloading, packing and material handling activities.

• Maintain proper warehouse records, MIS reports and inventory documentation.

• Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space and adherence to FIFO/FEFO where applicable.

• Control logistics costs and ensure timely and efficient transportation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and warehouse procedures.

• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.

Education: Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field preferred.
