We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.
Manage warehouse operations (inventory in/out, stock management)
Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch
Coordinate with production team for timely stock availability
Handle shipping aggregator panels and logistics coordination
Monitor returns, exchanges, and overall order flow
Improve operational efficiency and reduce delays/errors
Requirements:
Ability to manage teams and handle pressure
Good understanding of inventory and order management systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with shipping aggregators (Shiprocket, NimbusPost, etc.)
2–5 years of experience in operations / warehouse management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
