Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

The Warehouse / Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently. This role ensures proper warehouse security, smooth operations, and effective supervision of staff to maintain accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding orders and delivery schedules

• Verify all inward materials and ensure accuracy

• Manage end-to-end execution from container planning to final dispatch

• Prepare packing lists, sticker lists, sales orders (SO), and final reports

• Plan and manage distribution of goods (Export, Domestic, Mixed, and Rejections)

• Coordinate inward planning with Category Head and Marketing Team

• Prepare inward reports as per HOD guidelines

• Communicate daily and weekly plans clearly with all team members

• Monitor and review daily and weekly execution of tasks and reports

• Maintain expense records of corporate clients and submit monthly reports

• Conduct monthly performance reviews of key team members

• Perform physical verification of mixed and rejected items

• Conduct random checks of export and domestic dispatches

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper inventory arrangement

• Manage warehouse space efficiently with category-wise organization

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Warehouse / Inventory Management

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
