Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

●        Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and invoices

●        Conduct quality checks, tagging, and GRN generation in WMS

●        Oversee putaway of goods into designated bins and ensure accurate bin mapping

●        Maintain proper documentation and inward records

Inventory Management

●        Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances

●        Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system vs physical stock alignment

●        Track stock movement and highlight discrepancies or risks

●        Ensure proper storage, organization, and bin discipline in the warehouse

Outbound & Dispatch

●        Supervise order picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch activities

●        Ensure timely shipment as per customer and marketplace TATs

●        Monitor courier pickups, generate shipping labels, and manage dispatch handovers

●        Maintain daily dispatch reports and shipping logs

●        Coordinate with customer service for undelivered shipments and RTO cases

Marketplace & Order Management

●        Process orders from platforms like Myntra PPMP, Myntra SJIT, Nykaa, Amazon, Cred, and brand website

●        Execute orders as per platform-specific cut-offs and SLAs

●        Reconcile daily orders (processed, pending, cancelled) and resolve discrepancies

●        Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and CS teams
