Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring timely receipt and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/WMS software, and inventory management systems.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team management abilities.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
