Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, storage, and material flow operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and be capable of efficiently managing internal material issues to ensure smooth production operations within the printing/graphics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

• Work closely with the production team to issue materials as per BOM requirements.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.

• Monitor and control inventory discrepancies, wastage, and shrinkage.

• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.

• Coordinate with procurement for material planning and replenishment.

• Handle internal material transfers and resolve material-related issues on the shop floor.

• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

• Maintain proper documentation (GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, etc.).

• Supervise and train warehouse staff for efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

• 4–8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in printing, packaging, graphics, or the Furniture- Fixture industry.

• Strong knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production material planning.

• Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite, Tally, or similar inventory software).

• Good understanding of inventory control techniques.

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, purchase, QA).

• Strong problem-solving skills for handling internal material issues.

• Leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling paper, inks, plates, chemicals, and packaging materials, etc.

• Familiarity with production workflows in printing/graphics/ Furniture- Fixture setups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
