Job Responsibilities – Warehouse & Logistics Manager
1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
2. Ensure physical stock matches Tally/ERP records and maintain batch-wise and lot-wise inventory.
3. Ensure timely dispatch of materials with correct quantity, weight, packing list, and required documents.
4. Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangements, timely deliveries, and freight cost control.
5. Verify freight terms, vehicle details, and dispatch documents before shipment.
6. Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Production, and QC departments.
7. Monitor loading, unloading, material handling, and warehouse housekeeping.
8. Manage inter-branch material transfers and maintain proper stock records.
9. Prepare daily stock, dispatch, and pending order reports for management.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and prevent unauthorized material movement.
