Warehouse Manager

Location :, Vasai Gorai pada

Position : Outsource Manager

Time : 10.00AM-7.00PM

Working Days :- Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate all outsourced jobs including fabrication, printing, laser cutting, metal work,

acrylic, packaging, and related activities.

● Prepare and issue job orders to approved vendors, ensuring clarity in quantity,

specification, and delivery timelines.

● Track daily job status through Google Sheets and maintain a centralized vendor tracker.

● Conduct vendor visits for quality inspection, progress updates, and on-ground

troubleshooting.

● Negotiate rates and timelines to optimize cost and maintain profitability margins.

● Conduct final quality checks before vendor dispatch and coordinate with the factory for

approvals.

● Develop new vendor relationships to expand outsourcing capabilities across

geographies.

● Maintain documentation for all outsourced orders including PO, delivery challan, GRN,

and quality reports.

● Collaborate with the factory and procurement team for raw material supply, job

alignment, and timely payment clearance.
