Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Automobile) or DME
Experience: 5–8 Years (Automobile Industry + Logistics/SCM)
Age: 30–40 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, and material issuance.
Lead a team of 25–30 employees and ensure smooth shift operations.
Ensure SOP, safety, 5S, and compliance adherence.
Coordinate with customers to meet SLA/KPI requirements and prepare MIS reports.
Drive process improvements and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills: Logistics & SCM, Warehouse Management, Team Leadership, Inventory Control, MIS Reporting, Customer Coordination, English/Hindi/Marathi communication.
