Supervise and coordinate all fabrication activities during the assigned shift (Day or Evening).

Ensure the production of high-quality mechanical parts and prototypes in line with R&D specifications and timelines.

Interpret technical drawings, and fabrication instructions accurately.

Manage fabrication staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance throughout the shift.

Operate or oversee the use of machines, manual machines, welding tools, 3D printers, and other fabrication equipment.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve fabrication challenges.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment at all times.

Oversee shift changeovers to ensure smooth communication and task continuity.

Perform routine inspections of tools and machinery, and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Uphold all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Shift Schedules:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
