Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Ensure fast and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
Reduce stock loss, shrinkage, and wastage.
Lead, train, and schedule store associates.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery turnaround time, and productivity.
Handle customer issues and coordinate with delivery partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Skills Required
Team leadership and people management.

Basic knowledge of Excel and store management systems.

Typical Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or quick commerce.
