Warehouse In-Charge – Haldiram Warehouse

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of warehouse operations, manpower and daily activities.

• Receive incoming material and verify quantity, quality, packaging and documentation.

• Ensure proper GRN, inward, outward and stock entries in ERP/system.

• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO for food products and monitor expiry/near-expiry stock.

• Proper storage, stacking, labelling and bin/location management.

• Manage picking, packing, dispatch and loading operations as per orders.

• Coordinate with Haldiram’s procurement, production, sales and logistics teams.

• Ensure timely dispatches and minimize shortages, damages, pilferage and wastage.

• Monitor warehouse hygiene, pest control, safety and food-storage standards.

• Maintain records of damaged, rejected, expired and returned goods.

• Supervise loading/unloading, labour productivity and vehicle movement.

• Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, inward/outward movement, damages and dispatches.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements and audit procedures.

• Handle customer/company audits and resolve operational discrepancies.

• Maintain housekeeping, security and overall discipline within the warehouse.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
