We are hiring experienced and energetic candidates for the position of Amazon Team Leader. The candidate will be responsible for handling team operations, monitoring productivity, and ensuring smooth warehouse activities. Designation Salary Shift Timings Working Hours Amazon Team Leader 22,000 to 25,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience) Rotational Shifts 9 Hours Duty Weekly Off Roles & Responsibilities 1 Day Rotational Week Off • Handle daily warehouse and operational activities. • Monitor team attendance, productivity, and discipline. • Coordinate with managers and staff for smooth operations. • Ensure targets are achieved within timelines. • Maintain safety and quality standards at the workplace. • Train and guide new employees. • Prepare daily reports and operational updates. Requirements • Good communication and leadership skills. • Experience in warehouse or team handling preferred. • Ability to work in rotational shifts. • Basic knowledge of operations and reporting.
